If you're thinking mistletoe, then yes. That's exactly what it is.

[ he reaches up just a bit to maybe try to brush it, but can hardly even graze it, and he's tall as hell, especially on tiptoe. coming down, he sets a hand on his hip. ]

Though most mistletoe doesn't tend to be as stubborn to keep up with its tradition. [ finger to his chin as he looks up. ] You think it's sentient or something? I've never heard of voyeuristic mistletoe before.
