Shepard will have to give Misato a breakdown of protocol surrounding multi-month deep space combat missions with no breaks but for supply. Then she'll inform her that if she asks Shepard to stop drinking, she can respect that, being that they're all sharing the same brainspace and it's important to keep those personal boundaries in place in these close quarters.

Then she'll smoke pot instead of getting drunk.
