Perhaps if Bambi was slightly more willing to ease her vice grip on her mental link, such inconvenient delays might not occur.] There have been cases where a host refused their symbiote, but in most cases one of two things happen. Either they are killed in action due to their poor connection, or they destroy themselves in an attempt to remove the symbiote. Some may choose to leave the Station physically, but that doesn't mean their link is broken merely... very far away.
